Role Summary

The Data Engineer will build and maintain secure, scalable, and automated data pipelines to support the ingestion, transformation, and curation of data products. This role will focus on implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Pipelines: Develop configuration-driven ingestion and transformation pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
  • Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of data products.
  • Testing: Establish automated test frameworks for schema validation, data quality, and performance testing.
  • Monitoring: Set up monitoring and observability dashboards for product-level metrics (CloudWatch, custom metrics).
  • Collaboration: Work with data modelers and architects to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills

  • Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and shell scripting.
  • AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
  • Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools (Terraform, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).

Qualifications

Role Summary

The Data Modeler will design and implement data models to support the development of curated, reusable, and governed data products. This role will focus on creating source and target state models, ensuring data quality, and enabling efficient data consumption.

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling: Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data products.

Data Analysis: Profile and document key metrics of existing data products, including lineage, quality, and reuse potential.

Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define business rules, KPIs, and consumption requirements.

Documentation: Create data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and metadata documentation.

Governance: Define and implement data governance principles for certified reusable data products.

Required Skills

Data Modeling Tools: Proficiency in tools like ER/Studio, Erwin, or similar.

Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Redshift, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).

Data Governance: Experience with data quality, lineage, and compliance frameworks.

1. Senior Solution Architect in Verizon Global Technology Solutions (GTS) organization focused on Identity Access Management, API Gateway, Application Security, Public Cloud Architecture and end to end solutions.

2. The Senior Solutions Architect will lead High Level Design, Reference Architecture and Implementation for a variety of programs within the Identity Access Management, Appsec, Public Cloud Migration and Security focused programs for the Verizon Consumer Group (VCG).

3. The architect will be responsible for driving solutions and design patterns that promote flexible customer experience and workflow orchestration, reusable components, and consistent common domain logic.

4. The architect will be expected to bring strong expertise on Agile along with Industry Standard Identity and Access Management Frameworks, Service Oriented Architecture, Mobile, Web, SSO and Cloud Architecture.

5. The architect will help drive experiences that are personalized by leveraging insights from systems of intelligence and AI/ML modeling.

6. The role will demand knowledge in Identity & access management, SSO & Identity federation to enhance customer experience across various channels. Solutions to integrate with various partners. Building Secure API integrations and familiarity with top API gateways solutions.

5. Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities:
•       Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
•       Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize and analyze complex data sets.
•       Create data models and perform data transformations to ensure data accuracy and consistency in Power BI.
•       Create models by joining tables from multiple source systems with large volumes of data. Systems such as SAP, BW, HANA, and SQL, PI, Enablon, Track, Cloud system, etc
•       Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports to enhance performance and user experience.
